Mompreneur LifeAs a mompreneur I am faced with emotional, mental, and health challenges each day. I am so thankful that I can turn to natural solutions like essential oils to address those issues. I personally use doTERRA essential oils. They are known for being certified pure therapeutic grade (CPTG) and that is why I also take them internally. I wouldn’t do that with any other essential oil in the market. Essential Oils for Entrepreneurs

Frankincense- This is also known as the king of oils for its variety of benefits. I apply 1-2 drops of this oil on the bottom of my feet and back of my neck as soon as I wake up. This oil supports my cellular health and overall wellness.
Balance- The smell of this oil brings me to my center. I apply it behind my ears and on my wrist. Balance is great to help create calm surroundings.
Lemon- I drink a warm cup of water with lemon as soon as I wake up to help my digestive system, balance my pH and wake my body up. Any citrus oil is also great for uplifting your mood.
Adaptive- Everyone should be using this oil! It is a complete game changer. Useful when a big meeting is coming up, or for other important events. Adaptive helps improve sustained attention while easing the body and mind. Diffuse in your work space or rub 2 drops on your hands and inhale deeply throughout the day as needed.
Peppermint—I use peppermint in my diffuser early morning or right after lunch when I need a quick pick me up. This oil helps you to be alert and awake. If you suffer from occasional headaches you can rub this on the back of our neck for a natural relief.
Spearmint- the oil of confident speech! One of the top fears people face is public speaking and I have found this oil to really help me through it. I put 1 drop in my mouth and I massage 1 drop all around my neck area. I feel this oil helps me with speaking my mind and eases the nerves. You can also diffuse it for a positive environment.
On Guard- Since we are always surrounded by people, it is a great idea to protect ourselves against those funky germs going around. I use On Guard on my hands, feet, diffuse it in my work space and drink 1 drop in my tea. It is important we fortify our immune system to be able to stay strong during our business journey.
DigestZen- Lunch meeting meals can be a bit heavy on our bellies… when that happens, I run to my DigestZen. It aids with indigestion, bloating, and gas. I either massage it clockwise around my stomach or drink 1 drop in warm water as a tea. Within minutes I can feel the difference.
Copaiba- This oil I use it when I start having back, wrist, or knee discomfort when sitting at my desk for long hours. Just massage 1-2 drops on the affected area. It can also be taken internally to help calm, soothe, and support the nervous system.
Lavender- Everyone loves lavender! This beautiful oil is good for so many things. I love to use it as a topical or in my diffuser for calming and just to keep a positive environment while I work. You can also diffuse lavendar during a meeting to ease stress and tension in the room.
